  • Solace is located on the 3rd floor of 2075 Hamilton Street.

    Located in the heart of downtown Regina, we sit North-East of 13th Avenue / South of Victoria Avenue.

    We are located in a multi-story, white brick building that sits between a brick apartment building and a brick event centre.

  • There is metered parking in front of the building (both on Hamilton Street & 13th Avenue), as well as 2-hour parking on adjacent streets.

    *Please watch for street/parking related signs to avoid parking tickets.

  • Upon entry, there are 3 flights of stairs to climb. If this creates a barrier or difficulties, please let Kayla know during your phone consultation or upon scheduling a session. Sessions can be accommodated in a safe and comfortable community setting that is mobility accessible.

  • New client phone consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes (your counsellor will contact you by phone at your scheduled time).

    Sessions are scheduled for 1 hour (60 minutes).

  • Payment can be accepted via credit card, cheque, e-transfer or cash.

    Payment is due at the end of each session.

    Direct billing services may be available through your counsellor, depending on eligibility and coverage.

  • We require a 12-hour notice of cancellation. Because a session time is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that schedule changes are made 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a $65.00 no-show or cancellation fee.

  • Yes. Please let your counsellor know if this is a support you require or are interested in.

  • We offer counselling services for youth. To learn more or discuss what support may be right for your child, please reach out to Solace.

  • No, we cannot diagnose mental health disorders or write any type of prescriptions.

    We can provide you with information and/or referrals to other mental health providers who can assist with these requests.

  • Yes, you can self refer. You do not require a doctor or health care provider referral.

    Kayla is able to support with additional referrals to other providers as needed and/or necessary.

  • Yes, we offer remote sessions by phone or video.

    Please ensure that you have access to a safe, quiet, comfortable and confidential space for 1 hour if you are attending sessions by phone or video.
